How to Dress Like Little Red Riding Hood (Modern Interpretation!)

Here’s our fun piece on how to dress like the infamous, and incredibly brave, Little Red Riding Hood. And – gasp – we don’t even have a red cape in the mix! Nope. Because do you really want to wear a COSTUME? Nu uh. We looked at some red jackets, coats, capes, capelets and even bolero’s – but nothing looked quite right.

This is a fall/winter look – and could easily be paired with the red coat of your choice. If you stick to the colors red with a black and gray, or browns – you’ll do fine. Accessorize with some wolf jewelry – we found a cute gold ring wolf ring that looks a little ferocious. With snazzy red lips you’ll be channeling a powerful feeling. The studded gloves seemed very fairytale to me, for some reason. And while Red carried a brown basket, we found a red satchel that works perfectly. All of these elements channel Little Red, when combined with a couple others.
