I do like the way the blog contest is laid out. Im not sure why people complain that there are too many ways to enter or that offering that makes it hard. I like it! Your fonts are easy to read and the color scheme is easy on the eyes. Perhaps add a Tweet utton to the page that way you can write up the tweet the way you want it to look like and make it easier for people to tweet!

I would really like to make a peach cheesecake with almonds and sunflowers. Peaches are my favorite fruit, and I’m constantly munching on the nuts, so I think it would be a good combo. Plus who can resist Eli’s cheesecake no matter what flavor? Certainly not me!

I think that the way that you organize your blog is really easy to follow along. The only thing I would recommend for the giveaways is the way the comments are. The one thing I really like for giveaways is that when you comment it brings up a separate window for the comments, this happens when people use google blogger. The reason why it makes things a lot easier is that when you are entering the extra entries you don’t have to scroll all the way back up look at what the extra entry is, scroll back down, then back up again. Also, you can enter the comments as quickly as you want rather than on here where you have to enter them slowly which can take a really long time.

Whacky? Well, just the fact that I MADE IT would be plenty whacky!!!
But I think I might experiment with making a Cinnamon Apple Cheddar Cheesecake.
(Chocolate-Banana-Blueberry cheesecake sounds like it might have potential. Chocolate and blueberries make a surprisingly yummy combination.)

I would make a sweet lime avocado cheesecake which I think would be pretty wacky. I love the creamy richness, but healthiness of avocado & lime always goes well with avocado, so I think it could be very interesting especially when you add the sweet/dessert factor.

My wacky cheesecake flavor would be pina colada(maybe it exists lol).
I would use crushed pineapple and toasted coconut on top…yum!! Wished it could be lowfat, but if you’re splurging on cheesecake, I say go FULL fat!! haha
