Carrie Underwood was recently out shopping and wore a very simple, but cute outfit. The elements are all things you might already have – which is a huge bonus. She wore a simple white T-shirt and dark jeans, and threw a gray vest over it. She accessorized with a couple rings, and the piece I love the most – a pair of open toe flats that are shiny.

I love those Hot in Hollywood mini-wedge flat and the Naturalizer Memento shoes. I'm always running around with my kids or at the library. Some of the flats out there are comfy but BORING, but these look cute.

Flats are the beeeest. Audrey Hepburn knew what she was doing, man. I love Naturalizer shoes (in theory) because I live for COMFORT before fashion. But I try to merge the two – stylish comfort. J-Crew has a lot of bedazzled flats, too. But I feel like they are overpriced and that EVERYONE has them. But it's worth checking out if you want to see more options.
