Our Perfect Spring Outfit from White House | Black Market
White House | Black Market has launched its Spring campaign with lots of lovely selections. We picked six items to create our ideal Spring 2010 outfit. I honestly cannot admit which item I am most covetous of. The sunglasses are unique in that they are white rather than black, and have all of the style you’d expect from this store. But I believe it is the combination of the snake-embossed sandals with silk cargo pants that I love the most. The ruched detail of the cargo pants, with little ties, is very fresh. While it’s quite difficult to dream of wearing this outfit outside in the weather most of us are having, vacations time is coming up, as is Spring for the entire country of America! Get a jump on some of these items, because some will undoubtedly sell out by those we’d label as eager beavers. ;p

very cute outfit if you are curvy but if you are chunky or your ankles are as wide as your calves, you need to make a few changes to the basics…how about an unstructured or a boyfriend blazer, more beads and a pair of skinny leg pants to make yourself look taller and leaner ….the rest is perfect!

Sal, thanks for liking the outfit and commenting! If you are worried about your ankles, a different pair of sandals could indeed suit you better. I think the black capri's and belted jacket do help minimize a figure, though.
