Soap and Glory Reviews – Clean Girls Body Wash and Righteous Butter Body Lotion

by on Tuesday, July 10th, 2012

In testing my first two Soap & Glory products ever (and isn’t it such a chic name?!), I found one product that is so wonderful that I can’t imagine living without it now.

Soap and Glory Clean Girls Review – Skin Softening Body Wash

Using the Soap & Glory Clean Girls Skin Softening Cream Body wash is a thoroughly luxurious experience. It smells really nice and the bottle is so cute. It lathers gently and leaves me feeling clean. I definitely like this product. The convenient pump dispenser makes it great for the shower. The body wash itself is this really pretty iridescent light pinky color. Divine!

Soap and Glory Righteous Butter Review

Here’s the product I cannot get enough of. I LOVE the way this stuff smells so much (it’s light and not overwhelming for me, but it has this beautiful lingering scent) that I literally crave it all the time now! I seek it out the way you seek out your favorite perfume to spritz on yourself throughout the day.

I put the lotions on my hands and feet/ankles before bed, and the feeling combined with the scent puts me in a really wonderful mood.

Of course, I also used the lotion in the daytime, specifically after taking showers. I paid special attention to my “trouble spots” where I have a dry patches (my ankles and elbows get pelted by my fan and they tend to easily get dry.)

Now, I cannot stress this enough — (because a smell is great, but a lotion has to do more than just smell good!) This lotion provided with me a very noticable difference in how my skin felt to the touch.  Simply put: this silky lotion made my skin softer with fast, remarkable results. This is high quality and this is now a lotion I would recommend to anyone, especially if they said they wanted something especially for dry skin.  This is definitely one of the best lotions I’ve ever used. And I don’t write that lightly!

The scent I mentioned loving in this is the classic “pink” scent by Soap & Glory, which is really, truly outstanding. It’s very girly and freshly floral.

There is a very generous amount in this bottle, and I love that it comes in a pump bottle. I put it on display on my bathroom vanity because it’s such a pretty, girly bottle. The bottles for Soap & Glory all seem to have this witty, vintage 50’s feel to them.

Not that you can’t take my word for it, but if you look on Makeup Alley the product reviews are also overwhemingly positive. Person after person has submitted a review that says how much they love it.
